A sociable environment helping people with disabilities.
Who we are
Our core aim is to help support those who have MS. We also open our doors to anyone who would benefit from our services, these may include; any other neurological condition, sports injuries, fibromyalgia, cancer, diabetic wound healing, long covid.

We offer a variety of treatments, holistic therapies and classes for anyone with neurological conditions or any health condition.
​
We are open Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am - 2pm

Pop in for a chat, a coffee and a bite to eat, we're a friendly bunch.

Our cafe is run by our lovely Vicki open Mondays and Fridays. We offer discounted home cooked meals, homemade sandwiches, light bites and quality hot drinks.

Get involved
Who not join our team? We are always on the lookout for new volunteers. If you would like to support us perhaps you could donate your time. We value our volunteers and without them we wouldn't be able to help the amount of people we do.
If you are a very hands on person you could help us with the general day to day activities at the centre. We would also benefit from some fundraising ideas and help in self-promotion. Please drop us an e-mail or pop by if you're interested.
