A Recent Study Trial

A small study has been looking into the effects of cocoa on fatigue levels. It seems that cocoa dark chocolate (70%) have high levels of flavonoids which have the potential to reduce fatigue. Results have indicated that 1 drink of cocoa led to increased physical activity in the day and reduced activity at night. There was no excessive increase in blood sugar levels. ENJOY!
